The architect’s interpretation of the client’s vision is paramount. We communicate very closely with our clients and rely on our in-house pool of technical creativists to express our design intent.
Through a series of professional renderings, presentations and concept shots, supported by architectural drawings and technical layouts, we provide the visual blueprint for the project.
PEER REVIEW
Concepts and ideas go through rigorous change as we move along with time. In times of rapid change in technology and technical parameters in design, we offer our services of reviewing the designs as put forth by fellow designers.
We respect the creative process of design. Our aim thereby, is to maintain the integrity of intent and yet offer an effective and objective analysis and viewpoint that reaffirms the solidity of the design detail.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Managing the lighting requirements of the project through various stages requires a perceptive and pro-active outlook.
Principal Focus can come on board as lighting consultants on projects that have already been designed to guide the client through various stages leading up to the handover. Our presence in the Dubai facilitates for us to be commissioned on-ground and be entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining technical design intent and yet be commercially beneficial to the client.
VISUALIZATION
Architects and designers in the region work a variety of projects that requires complex renders of their concepts throughout various times of day. Our in-depth knowledge of the way light behaves coupled with a creative team of graphic artists; we are able to offer a rendering service that is visually accurate and artistic at the same time.
The USP of this service is our location and proximity to architects. We operate on the same time zone thereby being available for updates as required.
